  • Are your wigs 100% human hair?
Yes. Every single wig in our collection is made from 100% virgin human hair. This means the hair has never been chemically processed, retains its natural cuticle, and will last significantly longer than synthetic alternatives. You can feel the difference the moment you touch it.

  • How do I install a glueless wig?

Our wigs are designed for easy glueless installation. Simply put on a wig cap, place the wig on your head, adjust the straps at the back for a snug fit, then press down the lace along your hairline. You can use edge control or a light hold spray for extra security. Full tutorial available on our TikTok @josiefashionstore

  • What is transparent lace and will it match my skin?
Our 13x4 transparent lace is specifically designed to blend with all skin tones — from fair to deep ebony. The lace is thin, delicate, and nearly invisible once applied and styled. We recommend using a foundation or concealer that matches your skin tone on the lace for a flawless seamless blend.

  • Can I dye, bleach or heat style my wig?
Yes. Because our wigs are 100% human hair, they can be dyed, toned, flat ironed, curled and blow dried just like your natural hair. We recommend using a heat protectant spray before applying heat and keeping the temperature below 350°F (180°C) to preserve the longevity of the hair.

  • How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within the US takes 2–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. We currently ship within the United States only.

  • What cap size should I order?
Our wigs come in an average cap size (22.5 inches / 57cm) which fits most head sizes comfortably. Each cap has adjustable straps at the back to ensure a secure custom fit. If you have a significantly larger or smaller head circumference, please contact us before ordering.

  • What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unaltered wigs in their original packaging. The wig must not have been installed, dyed, cut or otherwise modified. Please contact us at josiefashionstore@gmail.com with your order number to initiate a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • How do I care for my wig?
Wash your wig every 7–10 wears with a sulfate-free shampoo and moisturizing conditioner. Detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb starting from the ends. Air dry whenever possible. Store on a wig stand to maintain its shape. With proper care, our human hair wigs can last 1–2 years or longer.
